How to Cook Pasta in the Microwave!
Here’s how to cook pasta in the microwave in less than half the time it takes to boil it on the stove.
Start by adding your halved pasta and water into the Anyday dish. Give it a good stir to make sure the pasta is evenly covered by the water.
Pop it in the microwave for 12 minutes. No need to cover it with a lid! When it’s done, test a noodle to make sure it’s cooked to your liking. If it’s not quite there yet, pop it back in the microwave for a minute longer or until it’s just right.
Once your pasta is cooked, take it out of the microwave and drain any excess water.
And there you have it— pasta cooked to perfection right in the microwave, no waiting for water to boil! Serve it up with your favorite sauce and toppings, and enjoy!

Does the water have to be boiling?
Do you have to drain it?
How do you figure this is less than half the time it takes to boil pasta on the stove? Who the hell boils noodles for 20 minutes!? 😳
The person who got this idea is a true genius
I did 5 minutes one box full with a cup and a half came out a little chewy which I like maybe try 7 minutes for perfect texture. My microwave is also 1000w so adjust your time accordingly, 10 minutes needs to be pulled at least once to set water not over flow or stick a wooden spoon over it
No consideration given for different types of pasta, which do, btw, take different cooking times.
So if I have 6 cups of extra wide egg noodles, how much water do I use? I didn't understand the direction of "halved pasta"
bruh 10 mins is how long it takes on stovetop
How do you prevent the water from boiling over? What power level should I set my microwave to? I used full power, which is 700 watts.
