  1. 🔥 Simple Whole Tandoori Chicken (with Dhungar)

    🛒 Ingredients:
    1 whole chicken (1–1.2 kg), scored
    1 tbsp pink salt
    1 tsp salt
    1 tbsp red chilli powder
    1 tbsp coriander powder
    1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
    1/2 cup curd/yogurt
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp mustard oil

    🧂 Marinate:
    Mix all ingredients, coat chicken well, and marinate 4–6 hrs or overnight in the fridge.

    🍗 Cook Options:
    Air Fryer:
    Preheat at 180°C. Air fry for 30–35 mins, flip halfway. Brush with oil for extra crisp.
    Oven:
    Bake at 200°C for 45–60 mins, broil last 5 mins for char.

    🌫️ Dhungar (Smoky Flavor):
    Heat a small piece of charcoal until red hot.

    Place it in a bowl on the marinated/cooked chicken.

    Pour 1/2 tsp ghee over the coal, cover tightly for 5–10 mins.

    Serve hot with mint chutney & lemon wedges!
