Lots of issues here. One, this is a sauté, not a fry.
Two, how about some garlic in the sauté?
Three. Vegetable oil for the salad dressing? Why not olive oil? And an acid, too, like vinegar or lemon juice.
Four, oil in the water for the pasta? NO!
Nice try, but no cigar.
Meat looks dry cooking for 10min
1st mistake was you cooked the steak ENTIRELY too long & the 2nd mistake was you need some type of acid like lemon juice or vinegar with that oil on that salad 🥗
And what’s wrong with good beef fat to cook the meat in ? Vegetable oil INDEED!

This looks really good but the meat if you want to cook like that for 10 minutes it's going to be leathery and dried out
