Healthy Dessert Recipe: 4-ingredient Yogurt Covered Strawberries🤩 These are perfect for summer☀️😋 These are such a yummy and refreshing dessert or snack idea!

This makes about 2 servings
•
Ingredients:
10 strawberries
•
For the yogurt layer:
1/2 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (120 ml)
1/2 – 1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1. Mix the yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla together
2. Dip the strawberries in the mixture and place them on a plate lined with parchment paper
3. Freeze for 30-60 minutes, after 20 minutes you can dip them again for a thicker yogurt layer and then freeze for 30 minutes more. Do not freeze longer than 60 minutes in total or the strawberries will be too hard to bite into
4. Let defrost for a few minutes before eating!
