Iโll admit. I tried to make this. For all the negativity and the positivity on this. I can say if you like sweet potatoes. This has a similar taste. The texture wasnโt that bad. It tastes NOTHING like steak or ham as people would compare this too. This is definitely for unique people who prefer to have low carb n calorie diets. Iโm not a vegan. I love my steak, chicken ect. But this is definitely a nice summer time treat. If you go into this with the mindset of it being itโs own thing. Being open minded you have something delicious and new
