I make a dish similar. I brown or grill Chicken a few min. each side, remove & add Olive Oil, onion, garlic, brown then add tomatos, basil & then add cut up chicken some chicken broth so it won't be so dry. Cook until done & add pasta of choice mix together add romano cheese & basil , Sometimes I add fresh mushrooms also. Very good
The tomatoes and chicken will have released their juices during heating.
