Materials;

1.5 cups of warm milk

1 tea glass of oil

Half a pack of fresh yeast

2 tablespoons of sugar

1 teaspoon of salt

5.5-6 cups of flour

Egg yolk

Preparation;

Add the remaining ingredients except the flour to the mixing bowl and mix. Gradually add the flour, kneading until a soft dough forms and let it rise for 45 minutes. Divide the dough into 12 pieces. Roll each piece out to the size of a serving plate, brush evenly with oil, and fold it over like a pastry. Using a cutter, cut and shape as shown in the video. For the baking tray yeast, preheat the oven to 50°C (50°F) and let it sit in the oven for 15 minutes. Brush the baking tray with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) until golden brown. Remove from the oven, cover with a clean cloth, and let it sit. Enjoy!
