Beef Steak With Mushroom Sauce #shorts

INGREDIENTS:
2 beef steaks, at least 1-inch thick
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons softened butter
6 cloves garlic
2 rosemary stalk
mushroom 100 gms
heavy cream 150 ml
asparagus 100 gms

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Remove steaks from refrigerator and any packaging and let sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes.

2. Season it with salt, pepper, Rub both sides of each steak

3. Preheat a heavy skillet over high heat until it is smoking hot. Sear steaks in the hot pan for 1 minutes per side to get that golden colour in each side

4. put the butter, rose marry, garlic and give the steak with butter baste

5. when the steak internal temperature reach 130 to 140 Fahrenheit cut the gas off

6. When the steaks are removed from the skillet allow the steaks to rest 5 minutes before cutting into them. The temperature of the steak will continue to rise as it rests by about 5 degrees.
7 in the same pan put some flours and make it bit brown then put the heavy cream and mushroom season it and once the sauce is thick remove it from stove
8 put some butter and oil to a sauce pan once its hot put the asparagus and saute slightly and season it with salt and pepper
