My family loves pasta salad. It's always an empty bowl at the end of a family gathering.
I like the brand name salad mixes and add whatever I have on hand. I use canned meats, shredded cheese or diced cheese cubes, celery, black beans or chickpeas, or other canned beans I have available. I use anything that will make it colorful and appetizing.
