My favorite go to easy recipe in recent times!!
This recipe will make you fall in love with it instantly
after the first bite 😉

Easy pesy Chicken Curry in just 10 minutes 🙌 (prep time)

In a blender

Shallots or onions – handful
Garlic – 10 to 15 cloves
Ginger – 2 inch piece
Tomatoes – 2 medium sized
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves
Green chilies – 2 nos
Cashew nuts – 8 nos
Poppy seeds – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Chili powder – 1 to 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 to 3 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Yogurt / curd – 2 tbsp
Blend it into a fine paste

In a pressure cooker heat some oil and add the ground paste. Sauté it in medium heat for 5 mins.
Add the chicken pieces (650 gms) and sauté for 5 mins. Combine the chicken and the masala well.
Add 1 cup water and give it a mix.
Pressure cook it for 2 whistles in medium high heat.
Add finely chopped coriander leaves and enjoy 🤗

Best with roti, Chapathi, Parotta, Idli, dosai and even rice
