Healthy Breakfast Tiffin Recipe || Sandwich + Bread Pakora || Healthy Recipe



Sandwich + Bread Pakoda = Yummy Pro Max ! This sandwich is nearly 30 grams of YUMMY protein & is filling. Will keep you energetic & is sooo tasty that you will make it on repeat.

1/2 cup besan
2 to 3 tbsp yoghurt
1/2 cup water & a little salt
Mixed veggies – carrots, onion, tomato, chillies & coriander

For filling –
45 g Paneer for every Sandwich
1 cube of cheese
Some blanched spinach
Some corn
Salt, pepper & chilli flakes

4 Slices of Bread
Chutney & chilli garlic sauce

U merged bread made up of margarine are never intestine friendly, it takes 72-75 days to get it digested fully and people are stuffing items and then they go hospitals and ultimately they start consuming powdered tablets etc.which worsen their condition.Therefore, do not promote food involve breads rather than changeover fast foods which consists of flavours for tongue only.
