  2. OMG, I have had my Vitamix for over 20 years and I never knew the lid was 1/4 cup 2oz measure.
I love my Vitamix, best kitchen appliance ever, maybe aside my Induction Hob. If you don't have these, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?

  3. For the quantity matters sections: How do you know how much is enough to work in this size container? That’s the size I have which I think is 64 oz and sometimes I have tried to make hummus or blend cashews and realized too late that it wasn’t enough and it looked just like in the video. Anyone have experience to know what amount is usually safe? For my water soaked cashews it’s seeming anything under 1.5 cups is too little and that is cutting it close if I don’t add anything to it. Also like making açaí bowls I have to make a massive amount for it to blend. So basically I should get a smaller container probably because it’s a pain.

  4. I think I may have a problem with the left button of my vitamix A3500i:
It is suppose to be a super mixer, but the speed is exactly the same as the normal 10 speed. Has someone the same issue? Thanks for helping…I bought my A3500i on a regular website on internet and no help is made from vitamix…
    I'm super dissapointed…

  5. Great tips and hacks, thank you. I just bought the Vitamix E310 Explorian Blender, Professional-Grade, 48 oz, but I'm not sure I got the correct container that matches the base. Does your container fall off if you flip it upside down, is that normal?

  7. We paid around $400 for a Vitamix. Along came a class action lawsuit due to the blade leaving traces. Vitamix was ordered to replace the blades but never did. When I reached out to their customer service they said that ordeal was over. Really? Over for whom? Where is our replacement blade? They avoided responsibility by saying a third party was "supposed to" contact us. If one of your customers is out at risk due to your faulty product you are responsible.

  8. Hello mam, I just came across your video with great useful tips. Besides, smoothie and other fruit yogurt shakes, I use it for soaked overnight rice and lentil mix. Please any idea or suggestions? Cleaning up is very annoying plus grinding into smooth paste is also not so easy. Please help.! Thanks for your help.
