絶妙な塩気がたまらん！！【塩ダレ豚丼】
絶妙な塩気が食欲を爆上げ、お米の食べ過ぎに要注意！忙しい時でも簡単に作れて便利な丼です！
【材料】2人前
・豚バラ200g
・玉ねぎ1/2個
・薬味（刻みネギなど）
［合わせ調味料］
・酒大さじ1
・にんにく小さじ1
・ごま油小さじ1
・塩小さじ1/2
・こしょう適量
作り方
①玉ねぎを1センチ程度にスライス、豚バラを4センチ程度にぶつ切りにする。合わせ調味料を作り混ぜておく。
②フライパンに油小さじ1 中火、豚バラに両面焼き色をつけたら、玉ねぎを入れ炒める。合わせ調味料を入れ混ぜ合わせたら、お好きな薬味をかけて出来上がり！
