Nooooo… dry them before the seasoning!!! You also didn't reduce the sauce, so instead of being a nice thick sauce, it's basically just soup.
who can afford them?
Always cook pork slow
Do you use water or is that all oil I don't have oil
These look delicious! I have a child who is on the spectrum. Somewhere between what was normally known as Asperger‘s syndrome and autism. He has sensory issues which makes him a picky eater. Texture is major, and even if something tastes beautiful, if it’s soggy or slimy feeling, he will spit it out before he even gets to taste it. We aim for a sort of char-grilled effect.
I’m wondering if putting the lid on the pork chops along with the flour (“to create a crust”), actually makes the crust soggy? Thank you.
Till they are done? How to tell? I would suggest measuring and taking out at around 135F
what heat, what time?
I wish i could but i cant in my culture
Recipe please
It’s a very simple yet delicious recipe. I just tried it, with mesh potatoes. The sauce is awesome with the mesh.
I avoid boneless.
🫶🏽 Saving this recipe right now!!
Reduce the sauce!😢
Enjoyed!(*_*)
