Great cook, Ken. That's a nice little smoker. The pork butt looked fantastic. A little FYI for ya. I had a little smoker like that with a tiny drip pan what I did was took the original drip drawer and pan out and re-formed the bigger aluminum pan that you were using for your back-up and put it in the spot where the original one goes. It will stick out a bit, but that just means you can view it without pulling it out. I hope this helps. Cheers to ya, brother. 🍻🍺
Good Cook, I did see Kroger had Pork Butt on sale but my freezer is too full now.
I'm surprised you only had to drain the little tray. That's the only thing I hate about mine. I also removed the guard in the hopper because I was having flameouts due to pellets bridging. It's a neat little grill and the software updates seemed to have made it run better. Nice job on the pork butt. The Asmoke puts out some good smoke.
