In this video, I am showing you how to make a health-boosting smoothie using frozen pineapples, turmeric, ginger, almond milk, and mint leaves.

Inflammation is the cause of most chronic diseases. To reduce inflammation try eating more pineapples.
Pineapples contain vitamins A and K, phosphorus, zinc, and calcium.
Pineapples are loaded with bromelain an enzyme that aids in digestion. Studies also show bromelain may reduce the risk of cancer.
Pineapples are also very rich in antioxidants known as flavonoids and phenolic acids

  2. Hi. can it reduce swelling? I had back muscle pain 6 months ago. I took treatment. Back pain is ok but now there is swelling upper sides of waist. I tried to heal it with heat bag and ice also. But no improvement. Please tell me the solution. I cant sit and walk for long time because of smile. I am on bed rest since December 2022. 😔
