Way to much oil the mushrooms suck all that oil like a sponge this is the wrong way to sauté mushrooms I use a brush with drops of oil leaving only a film in the fry pan and when they are done I add salt and a little bit of butter.

I live in a not so clean country, so eating mushroom without washing them in salt water multiple times will guarantee a one-way ticket to the morgue. I wonder if there are any other ways to clean mushroom without damaging them too much?
