This isnt authentic chinthamani..
Nallaennai,finely chopped garlic,then shallots goes in,saute till shallots appear translucent, now red chilli goes in,add chicken,turmeric..cook for for 8 to 10mins with medium low flame. Then pepper powder. Thats it. No curry leaves or other ingredients
