1 kg – Beef ( I used Flank, or chuck )
4tbsp – oil
2-3 – Large onions (diced)
2-3 – Large tomatoes
2inch pc – ginger
5-6 – large cloves of garlic
2 Tsp – Peppercorn
1 Tsp – Chilli Powder (optional)
1 – Small Onion (blend)
Fist Full Green Coriander
Salt To Taste
