Adobong May Twist! Beef and Mushroom Adobo Recipe na Magpapakilig sa Iyong Panlasa!



Ground beef mushroom adobo

*Ingredients:*

– 300g ground beef
– 1 cup of mushrooms (sliced into thin pieces)
– 2 bulbs of garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
– 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 4 tablespoons of vinegar
– 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
– 1 tablespoon of laurel leaves
– 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
– 1 cup of Water
– 1/2 teaspoon of Salt

*Instructions:*

1.Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until golden brown.
2.Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned.
3. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until tender.
4.Add the soy sauce, vinegar, fish sauce and laurel leaves to the pan. Mix all the ingredients.add ground black pepper
5. Add water to the pan and mix all the ingredients. Add salt.Simmer the sauce
until it thickens.
6. *Taste and adjust*: Taste the dish and adjust the seasoning if needed.
7. *Serve*: Serve the Beef and Mushroom Adobo with rice.

*Tips:*

– Use fresh mushrooms for better flavor.
– Adjust the sauce consistency to your liking.
– You can add other ingredients like potatoes or carrots to the dish.
