Okay so I tried this again and I used literally 120 ml of milk and I still had the strongest, most vibrant colored matcha ever. Also i tried using maple syrup and it was delicious! Def a strong maple flavor and although I’m not a big fan of maple syrup, it paired really well and is sweeter than sugar.

Would this be too bitter because I tried it with the Naoki Organic Blend Ceremonial Grade and it was very astringent and bitter so I just wanted to know if the powder was the problem.
