โœจ Ingredients (23ร—17 cm pan):
โ€ข 300g bread flour (โ‰ˆ 2ยผ cups)
โ€ข 300g water, room temp (โ‰ˆ 1ยผ cups)
โ€ข 1 tsp dry yeast
โ€ข 1 tsp fine salt
โ€ข 1 tbsp olive oil

๐Ÿ‘‰ Same amount of flour & water โ€” super easy to learn by โ™ฅ๏ธ and repeat again and again!

Topping:
โ€ข Olive oil
โ€ข Cherry tomatoes (sliced)
โ€ข Flaky salt or herbed salt

1. Mix: In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast & water. Let rest 15 min.
2. Add salt & oil: Mix until fully absorbed.
3. Stretch & Fold x1 (rest 30 min)
4. Coil Fold x1 (rest 30 min)
5. Roll-Up Fold x1

6. Let rise:
โ€ƒโ€ข 1.5 hrs at room temp OR overnight in fridge + 1 hr at room temp (covered)
7. Shape & Top:
โ€ƒOil the pan, gently pour in dough, dimple with fingers, add tomatoes, more oil & salt.
8. Bake:
โ€ƒPreheat oven to 230ยฐC / 445ยฐF, bake on bottom rack for 25 min โ€” until golden & crisp!
