Grilled Octopus Doner Kebab – Spit-Roasted, Charcoal Finish

I clean a whole octopus, tenderize with citrus, rotisserie-roast it over charcoal, thin-slice doner style, and wrap it into a juicy shawarma. 🌯🐙

First time trying octopus as doner and the texture surprised me — smoky, tender, and super slicable. I finish with garlic yogurt, herbs, onions, and warm flatbread for that mountain street-food vibe.

  1. i love your channel, but im fairly certain that you used galvonized steel for the kbab tube. wich gives off poison when heated…idk if usng it to cook is really healthy. i would have heated it up as hot as cold get it first without food in it to try and get rid of whatever galvnizaton could but if your ok then i geuss keep on keeping on. i wouldnt risk it, looks great though
