📍 추성훈스테이크
– 재료 : 등심 반근(600g), 마늘 5~6알, 양파 반개, 스테이크소스 한병 (저는 폰타나꺼 사용해서 265g 입니다)
– 추가하면 좋은 사이드 : 옥수수콘, 그린빈, 아스파라거스, 방울토마토
1. 마늘, 양파는 갈아서 스테이크소스 한병다 넣고 약불에 저어가며 양파 마늘의 매운맛을 날려줍니다
2. 고기는 소금, 올리브유로 밑간해주고
3. 버터두른 팬에 앞뒤로 핏불이 안나올 정도로만 구워줍니다
4. 사이드도 이 때 같이 구워주면 좋아요 !
5. 구워진 고기 위에 만들어둔 소스 올려서 드시면 됩니다 🤍
✔️ 제가 소고기를 잘 못구워서 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 핏기만 가면 먹는 편이에요 !!!
✔️ 원래는 5번에 소스 올리고 버터도 한조각 올려서 먹는 레시피이긴한데
고기를 버터에 구워서 저희는 소스 위에 안올렸어요 ㅎㅎ
