Easy Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles – 20 Minute Dinner Recipe
A cosy one-pan noodle dish inspired by Mongolian beef—sweet, salty, garlicky, and just a little spicy. The hoisin and soy sauce create a glossy glaze that clings to the noodles, while the addition of sesame oil adds a nutty flavour. It’s quick enough for weeknights but flavorful enough to feel special.

Hi Rik, I made this last night the only difference is I made the noodles in a beef broth. But as always your recipe was amazing and tasted fantastic. Thanks again.
Hi Rik…made your recipe for Mongolian noodles tonight for tea. So easy. Using mince
Husband had 2 big bowls.❤❤❤ Moira in Australia.
Will it make me fat and round?
I know what we're having for dinner tomorrow evening! Thank you. Great video.
Hi Rik, great idea. I was inspired to use the soaking in hot water method for another instant ramen recipe, but with mixed results. This isn't so much you as me not following your instructions properly. The second boil for the noodles is absolutely necessary! If you just chuck the noodles in boiled water and let it soak it turns out as uncooked ramen! I guess it depends on the noodles, but for Japanese instant noodles they do need to cook for three minutes. Not saying your recipe doesn't work but for another variation with soup it kind of doesn't.
What a tasty looking easy recipe. I am going to need to try it. Are those noodles similar to ramen noodles? I suppose any thin noodle would do. Love you lovin the kitty.
Love Tony ❤ what a team!
👍
Have a bunch of those inexpensive (5 for $1) ramen noodles packs… here you go, throw away the seasoning packets and make this instead. Looks good!
Same as @terrierqueen4091 just pulled out ground beef so I know what I am having for inner. Ingredients might be slightly different (noodles, hosien sauce), but they will all mix well in the end. Another great meal.
That does look very tasty. And easy to make. I'm looking forward to making this. Thanks, Rik. Have a great weekend.
Another amazing recipe! Thanks, Rik!
No soy sauce?

My girl has learned so much from you and it has made it even easier to teach her home cooking. Thank you so much.

Nice recipe Rik,I often make a Chinese style noodle dish with tofu,it crumbles well, and with the sauce you can’t tell it’s not beef, and I like some meat free meals. Tony is adorable.😊
Awwww cute kitty. I took in 2 strays about that size a few months ago. Chaos has reigned and my house is now a playground lol. They’ve grown so fast, but are still utter cuteness. Which is lucky, because they break everything 😂
Enjoy your chaos 😁

Spunds absolutely delicious!! Im defo making this!! Thankyou Rik xxxx
Made this and the stroganoff recipe today, both are banging. I batch cook and freeze them down but I don't think it's worth freezing these two they won't be around that long. Cheers Rik.

Looks good. Cost effective too !! Nice work backyard chef dude!😊
If you’re English, then why are you calling it Ground beef instead of mince beef?
