Not used to cooking big portions, so this turned out better when I made it in a single batch ๐Ÿคชbut still!!!

  1. what the f-word is wrong with indians, if youโ€™re going to make biryani this way, then at least do it the authentic hyderabadi way with mutton, not chicken, thatโ€™s the only place this half cooked rice layering technique belongs, for every other style of biryani layering doesnโ€™t mean piling rice at different stages of doneness it means rice then gravy then rice then gravy and repeat, thatโ€™s how you get proper flavor balance in every grain, not this circus you people keep doing, & tomatoes always belong in biryani unless itโ€™s hyderabadi style, so either make full authentic hyderabadi mutton biryani or make biryani the way itโ€™s actually supposed to be made, stop inventing this in between nonsense, youโ€™re just ruining it. & it's not 'wow' it's 'yucks'.

  2. Looks like khichdi to me๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ im sorry. Guys what u can do is made the marination same as here (less dahi) but instead cooking it first just put the marination in the pot & than cooked rice & give the dum on low gas for 45-50 min. Your chicken will be cooked & a another tip is when you boil chawal keep them half cooked theyโ€™ll be so grain in dum.
