  1. Steve, you helped make me very popular at home! We had storm damage last year, had no kitchen for 8 months, so I did my best cooking a few of your recipes on the grill, very big hits! (Poached salmon, mushrooom pasta, etc.) Thanks for the direction, and for keeping it simple! Always a downside, though – now my wife wants me to cook ALL the time!

  2. I know you said it's nut-less for accessibility, but sundried tomato and walnuts make a ridiculously good pesto The fruity, sweetness of the sundried tomatoes pairs beautifully with the tannic bitterness, and richness from the walnuts.
