  1. Grandma approved, blueberry pie! This method is one used in many bakeries! #baking #desserts

    pie jam-
    2Cups blueberries
    3/4C Sugar
    1/3 Brown sugar
    1Tbsp lemon juice
    Zest of 1 lime
    5Tbsp corn starch
    1/2tsp cinnamon
    1/4tsp OCEAN (salt)

    add pie jam to 4 cups blueberries

    cook on medium heat until thickened (about 4-5 minutes)

    bake pie at 400 for 20 minutes then 35-40 minutes at 350

    my pie dough recipe –
    1 ¼ C AP flour
    8 Tbsp butter
    1/2tsp salt
    4 Tbsp ice water
