►1 3/4 cups (14 oz) warm water (100˚F)
►1/2 tsp molasses
►2 1/2 cups (315 grams) unbleached all-purpose flour
►2 1/3 cups (290 grams) unbleached bread flour
►2 tsp salt

  2. Hi Natasha! Do you happen to have any German Soft Pretzel recipes? We traveled to Switzerland last year and had some wonderful soft pretzels at a place called BrezelKoenig. They had so many different varieties i.e. pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, poppyseeds, butter, cheese, etc. I know that pretzel making is a big thing for the Germans around Oktoberfest. If you have any ideas or can get some insider information on the top recipes we would love to see a video or two on a few different types/recipes. NATASHA! holy sh*t this bread is so good. you’re not exaggerating, this bread is the best bread ever. you guys gotta try this recipe it is super easy indeed there is very little active time. i only baked this at 425, and it was still super crackly! also, since the tips of the bread burn easily, i covered the top after 15 mins. super yummy i will make this again!
