🔥 EASY Grocery Store Kunafa! 🔥

No fancy cheeses? No problem! This crispy, gooey kunafa is made with simple grocery store ingredients—but trust me, it still tastes UNREAL! 🤯✨

💛 Buttery, crunchy kataifi dough
🧀 Melty mozzarella filling
🍯 Sweet, floral syrup
🥜 Topped with pistachios for that final touch!

✨ Ingredients:
🔸 8 oz kunafa dough, thawed
🔸 ½ cup ghee/clarified butter, melted
🔸 2 tbsp granulated sugar
🔸 1 ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
🔸 1 ¼ cup soft mozzarella cheese (in water), roughly chopped
🔸 1 cup sugar
🔸 1 cup water
🔸 1 tbsp orange blossom water
🔸 Chopped pistachios for garnish

✨ Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F.
2️⃣ Loosen kunafa dough strands & mix with melted butter & sugar.
3️⃣ Press half of the dough into a 10.5-inch round pan.
4️⃣ Add both cheeses evenly, then top with the remaining dough. Press it down firmly.
5️⃣ Bake 50-55 min until golden & crispy.

🔥 Make the syrup: While it bakes, simmer sugar + water for 10 min. Stir in orange blossom water & let cool.
6️⃣ Pour syrup over HOT kunafa & let it soak.
7️⃣ Flip onto a plate, garnish with pistachios, and serve warm!
