Gotta say I searched and finally found diced Cento Calabrian peperoncino paste for the ATK eggplant/burrata salad which was excellent,but I felt the Calabrian chiles I got could’ve easily been substituted with sambal
Sure they are fermented and not only vingear pickled?
Calabrian chili peppers are so good. I especially love them on eggs and pizza. Unfortunately, they started giving me a horrible rosacea flare every time I ate them so had to give them up😢. Luckily, so far, I am still good with most other spicy chilis in moderation
Spicy food is our favourite but we’ve never had Calabrian chillis before. It’s full of personalities? Interesting… 😊
Those tariffs got imports on the high dollar range! I wanted to get a jar of Calabrian peppers but I couldn’t justify it on my fixed income.
