Or "of course not" if making a reconstituted chicken leg from shredded chicken (taken off the chicken leg) and mashed potato is something you wouldn't dream of trying.

This is good chicken
Imma try to write the recipe:
5 drumsticks
Spices (salt, sweet or spicy paprika, pepper, whatever u want)
Oil
Mix them
Fry them a bit with garlic, add water and let them simmer with the lid on
Meanwhile boil potatoes.
When they drums are nice and soft, take the meat off the bone and chop it small
When the potatoes are done, take them off and squish them (idk the term)
Add the meat on top, some fresh parsley, garlic, mozzarella or shredded cheese, tomato paste and spices
Mix everything and put the mixture back on the bone (or just make some balls lmao)
Then coat the sticks/balls in eggs and breadcrumbs (like how you make schnitzel) and deep fry them
