  1. Recipe Details- Sweet Potato Nuggets
    Ingredient
    1. Sweet potato 500 gm (boiled)
    2. ⁠Green chilli 2 no (finely chopped)
    3. ⁠handful of chopped Coriander/parsley
    4. ⁠Rice flour 2 tbsp
    5. ⁠Crushed roasted peanuts 2 tbsp
    6. ⁠Bread crumbs 2 tbsp
    7. ⁠Red chilli powder 1 tsp
    8. ⁠Chaat masala 2 tsp
    9. ⁠Roasted cumin powder 2 tsp
    10. ⁠Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
    11. ⁠Salt to taste
    12. ⁠Lemon juice 1/2 tbsp
    13. ⁠Groundnut oil (for frying)

    For Yogurt dip
    1. Yogurt 300 gm
    2. ⁠Handful of chopped mint leaves
    3. ⁠Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
    4. ⁠Salt to taste
    5. ⁠Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp

    Method
    1. Mash the boiled sweet potatoes in a large bowl and then add all the remaining ingredients other than oil.
    2. ⁠Mix well to form a dough.
    3. ⁠Now apply oil on your hands and make small balls of this batter and keep aside.
    4. ⁠Next heat oil in a Kadhai and then deep fry these nuggets.
    5. ⁠To prepare the yogurt dip mix all the ingredients.
    6. ⁠Serve as is or in shot glasses with dip at the bottom and nuggets in tooth pick.
