If you love braised pork trotters, stop buying them from restaurants! 🤯
Today, I’ll show you how to make super tender, flavorful pork trotters right at home — soft, rich, and even better than the restaurant version!

🐖 Here’s the secret:
🔥 Burn the pork trotters over fire to remove hair and odor.
💦 Soak and wash with warm water — this step keeps them clean and tender.
🍯 Use rock sugar to create that beautiful golden-red caramel color — add boiling water to avoid bitterness.
🌿 Add green onion, ginger, soy sauce, and a special braised spice pack full of natural plant-based flavors.
🕐 Simmer low and slow for 2 hours — or use a pressure cooker for quicker results.

The result? Pork trotters so soft you can pierce them with chopsticks, soaked in rich, savory-sweet sauce that melts in your mouth.
Better than restaurant braised pork — you’ll want to make this again and again!

I DON'T USE MSG AT ALL. I ADD DRIED APRICOT AND PINEAPPLE AND TAMARIN PODS, ONION AND GARLICS FOR FLAVOR.
