I never use dairy butter. No thanks!

"tasters noticed the oil doesn't taste as good" so the answer is "no"
What about motor oil?
I ALWAYS sub melted butter.
Croissants are definitely not fine though lol
Pro bakers mix 1/2&1/2 butter and oil try it.
I rarely use oil when baking, but I do find many cakes come out better with oil, particularly carrot cake. For some reason butter can make for a dryer cake. For everything else, butter.
Rancid seed oils
Would brown butter make a difference in taste?
How about Avocado or Olive Oil ?
Maybe not the best comparison test?
