John, how do you feel about adding whole wheat flour to your pizza dough recipe. I'm always looking for opportunities to add nutrition and fiber and reduce refined products. My pizza dough seems to turn out heavy and dense when I do, though. Maybe other ingredients need to be adjusted? Thanks in advance!

How long it takes to rise?
If I want to flavor my dough with garlic and Italian seasonings. Will the powder garlic work at the time I put herbs on. Is there a better way to get the garlic flavor dough ?

Thank you for this video… I travel for work, so I’m rarely ever home to actually cook. And the few times I do cook never make any kind of dough from scratch.
I was home with the wife for new years and we were babysitting the 3 nephews. I said what the hell and gave it a try and it came out amazing. Not quite Italian restaurant quality, but still pretty awesome.
