Biggest BBQ Batch & New Sauce | Episode 5
Another sold-out month and a few stories to go with it.
Batch 3 of the Smoked Barbacoa disappeared fast. Appreciate everyone who jumped on it. I made extra for the event in Gilbert, where we handed out more than 250 barbacoa tacos. Crazy day, but worth every bite.
Last weekend, I catered for 30 out of my @campchef and built out a full Sonoran barbecue experience. That’s when Mr. Snake decided to show up and keep things interesting.
And yeah… the new BBQ sauce recipe is finally locked in. It’ll be ready in November, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
