this coconut dessert is easy to make and take you no longer than 5 min!
ingredients:
coconut milk 200 g
Greek yogurt 120 g
sweetener
gelatin 7 g + water 42 g
cacao
recipe:
· pour 42g of cold water in a bowl, sprinkle 7g of a gelatin over the cold water. allow the gelatin to set for 5 to 10 minutes. then dissolve it in pulses in the microwave. important: don`t let it boil
· mix the coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and sweetener (you can use any sweetner you want to taste)
· carefully add the gelatin and mix well
· pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate for 2 hours, until set
