Air Fryer Roast Beef



Ingredients:
2-pound beef chuck roast
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon black pepper
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:
-Line the inside of your air fryer with aluminum foil. Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F.
-In a small bowl combine olive oil and Worcestershire sauce, mix well, and set aside.
-In another small bowl combine all of the seasonings, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, paprika, and dried rosemary.
-Rub the olive oil mixture all over the roast.
-Then, pour the seasoning mixture over the entire roast.
-Place the roast in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes. Then, carefully flip the roast and air fry at 320 degrees for another 45-60 minutes, depending on the size of your roast.
-Remove your roast from the air fryer, and allow it to rest for at least 10 minutes. Then, slice the serve with your favorite sides!
