I love how meticulous and intentional the chef is.
I tried the ๐ฏ% kobe beef in Kobe Japan. Tenderloin with lots of marbling. Cooked medium rare. It's really melts in my mouth and you can really taste the quality of the meat. The best food experience ever. Now the level of my standard of eating steak is very high.๐
