👩‍🍳Ingredients for 6 Stuffed Bell Peppers:

🔸 6 bell peppers

For the stuffing:
🔸 1 small or ½ large onion
🔸 parsley
🔸 1 clove of garlic
🔸 1 – 1.25 lb ground beef
🔸 1 tsp salt
🔸 black pepper
🔸 1 tsp paprika powder
🔸 1 tsp Dried Mint
🔸 1 tbsp tomato paste
🔸 ½ cup rice

For the Cooking Liquid:
🔸 2 tbsp olive oil
🔸 3 tbsp tomato paste
🔸 2 cups of water or broth

For gratinating:
🔸 ¼ lb cheese

For the tomato sauce:
🔸 1 tbsp butter
🔸 1 small or ½ large onion
🔸 1 clove of garlic
🔸 1 tbsp flour
🔸 ½ tsp vinegar
🔸 2 pepper tops
🔸 ¼ cup water or broth
🔸 cooking liquid
🔸 1 tomato
🔸 ½ tsp salt
🔸 black pepper to taste
