  1. Ok, had to modify this to avoid gluten, so I used hearts of palm noodles. Because of that I wasn’t expecting much, but oh my word was this good! Simple and delicious. I’ll be having this often!

  2. I had to make this pasta for my wife about 10 times in the month we discovered it. Every few days, "Can you make me some of that butter-tomato pasta…please?" Added chicken one day, thinly sliced beef another. Shrimp would be amazing.

  3. To anyone wondering what kosher salt actually is. Like he said, just coarse salt. To add to that, despite its name, the salt itself isn't kosher. There is nothing kosher or unkosher about salt in general as far as I know. The reason it is called kosher salt is because this more coarse kind of salt (I think it's between fine/table salt and flaky salt in terms of coarseness?) is used to make meat kosher.

  4. Kosher salt is pure no chemicals . Is β€œsweet” and does not melt as fast as commercial salt so its ideal for salads. Its not expensive like gourmet flake salts. Its the best which is why you like it❀

  5. I’ve made this one three times now. It is SO EASY and SO QUICK and SO GOOD!!! It’s a very forgiving recipe. Second time making it, I just eyeballed everything instead of measuring, only cooked the sauce for 15-20mins, and it honestly tasted just as delicious (not sure why I’d cook sauce for longer lol). Third time, I sprinkled parm cheese at the end and topped with some pan fried shrimp – would HIGHLY recommend. Best pasta recipe ever!!!!

  6. Brilliant; thank you! I just made this for two vegetarians…and for the other two (meat eaters) I'd grilled chicken prior and put it in the pan (after i took out the veggie version). All of us LOVED THIS!!! Thanks, again to you and your son.
