At 321 calories, this will keep you fuller for longer which means it’s a great recipe for weight loss. Store for up to 4 days in the fridge, best prepared on Sunday evening for tasty lunches during the week.

  1. Just tested out the recipe, and I'm a huge fan! Tastes very delicious, but had to calculate the calories myself just to make sure, and it ended up being just about 1600 calories instead. So 400 kcal per serving instead of 321, but it's definitely worth it! Thanks a bunch 😋

  2. Could you show how to do 2 different pasta dishes for one week meal prep? One dish could be eaten on Monday and Wednesday and the other dish for Tuesday and Thursday? I like your videos because the instruction is quick and the ingredients are simple. I like to have no more than 5 ingredients for each dish. One dish could be a red sauce and the other sauce could be healthy but not a red sauce.

  3. I'm a new subscriber.
I've recently made pasta with veggies and mozzarella and it froze awfully that I had to throw it. I know for a fact now that I shouldn't have added the mozzarella.
Would you please make a video about the foods that freeze well and those that don't?
