-Prep Vegetables: Tear the leaves off the napa cabbage, wash them thoroughly, and cut them into large, bite-sized pieces. Wash and trim the bean sprouts (sukju) as well.
-Optional Vegetables: Prepare and trim other vegetables to your liking, such as chives, mushrooms, and bok choy.
-Assemble and Steam: Evenly layer the vegetables (napa cabbage, bean sprouts, mushrooms, etc.) in a wok (such as the Beca 28 double-handle pan). Season lightly with salt and pepper. Spread a generous amount of shabu-shabu beef on top, and add the chives. Pour in just a little water, about 50–60ml, cover with a glass lid, and steam over medium-low heat until the meat on top is cooked through to finish.
-Dipping Sauce (Optional): If you need a dipping sauce, mix 2 T of fermented soy sauce (mak-ganjang), 1 T of vinegar, 1 T of cooking wine (mat-sul), 1 T of water, and a sprinkle of sesame salt.

<알배추샤브찜 레시피>
1. 알배추는 잎을 뜯어 깨끗이 씻은 후 먹기 좋은 크기로 큼직하게 썰어주고 숙주도 꺠끗이 씻어 다듬어준다.
2. 부추, 버섯, 청경채 등 야채도 취향껏 손질해서 준비해준다.
3. 베카 28 양수 궁중팬에 알배추,숙주, 버섯 등 야채를 고루 깔고 소금 후추 간 살짝, 그 위에 샤브샤브용 소고기를 듬뿍 펼쳐 올리고 부추까지 올려준 후 물 50~60ml 정도 살짝만 둘러준 후 유리뚜껑을 덮어 중약불에서 맨 위에 고기가 익을때까지 익혀주면 완성.
4. 양념장이 필요하실 경우 막간장 2T, 식초T, 맛술 1T, 물 1T, 깨소금 톡톡 뿌려 섞어주면 완성.
