🍬 Ingredients:
• Dry dates – 2 cups
• Cashews – 1 cup
• Almonds – 1 cup
• Walnuts – 1 cup
• Dry coconut – ¼ cup
• Gond (edible gum) – 2 tbsp
• Cardamom powder – 2 tbsp
• Poppy seeds (khus khus) – 2 tbsp
• Oil – 2–3 tbsp
• Ghee – 2–3 tbsp
• Sugar – ½ cup
• Water – ½ cup
• Khoya (unsweetened) – 100 g
👩🍳 Steps:
1️⃣ Chop all dry fruits & fry gond until puffed.
2️⃣ Prepare light sugar syrup.
3️⃣ Roast khoya in ghee till golden.
4️⃣ Mix all ingredients & cook until mixture binds.
5️⃣ Spread in greased tray, cool, and cut into squares.
