Beef & Potato Bowls
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs ground beef
12 oz potatoes
16 oz mushrooms
2 cups brussel sprouts
1 cup red onion
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp garlic paste
2 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp dill
1 Tbsp lemon juice
