1 Cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream, cold
16 Oz (452g) full-fat, brick style cream cheese, room temperature*
1 Cup (227g) pumpkin purèe**
3/4 Cup (90g) powdered sugar
1/4 Cup (50g) packed brown sugar light or dark
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground allspice

Spiced Whipped Cream
1/2 Cup heavy whipping cream, cold
