  1. I have never had a smash burger, but they look so goodšŸ˜‹ Mine will require cheese, please.😁 Cooking them on a flame grill will add so much flavor, too!
    I used to have an old school Tupperware deal where you put your hunk of raw hamburger in a round tray deal with sides. Then there was a separate disc shape with a handle that you squished the meat down to make a perfect circle. I never thought to smash them thin, mine were always at least half an inch , or more.
    There's no way that baby is getting so grownšŸ˜ Look at him ready to get recruited by the Seattle SoundersšŸ˜…
