How to make the best grilled pork chops #shorts
I love grilled pork chops! Here are my tips for perfect chops every time!
1. Start with thick pork chops. They are less likely to overcook and dry out on the grill.
2. Season on all sides and let them sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes while you heat up the grill. The seasoning will stick better and will start to penetrate the meat.
3. Start over high direct heat, flip them every minute or 2 until you have your desired sear. Move them to the indirect heat side of the grill and continue cooking until they reach 140 degrees internal temp. Remove, rest 10 minutes and enjoy the best grilled pork chops!

Just the way I like it
The people crying about 145ยฐ don't understand the carryover temperature will rise because they are still cooking when you take them off.
How much time overall?
Thick chops like these could also be soaked in a salt brine overnight to infuse even more flavor into the meat.
Did he say 140 degrees ?
aight iโll give it a shot
I swear this guy looks like Leonardo DiCaprio ๐๐๐ them chops look awesome too ๐ซก๐ซก๐ซก
Nice ๐
Love that shirt thatโs what I do every time where can I get it ๐
Thats a perfect chop. Just need to have you butcher leave a little fat cap around the edge.
They dont cup when that thick, plus you can slit the fat every inch or so to prevent cupping
That fat cap is ALL flavor
Mmmm
Yo๐ you got a Leonardo DiCaprio look

My man!!!!! Now your speaking my language๐
I like the system.But.It's recommended (minimum) 145* internal.Taste does not trump food poisoning from bacteria.Just saying.
With Great Meat comes Great Responsibility!
Those look like some high quality chops! Are they Berkshire?
FOR GODS SAKE WASH YOUR DAMN MEAT, GERMS AND NASTY
Love these. Thanks Leonardo DiCaprio
Hey GWD, those pork chops looked absolutely phenomenal! That is my favorite cut; the center rib ๐ช I've always broiled mine; high and fast, and served with a chimichurri sauce. They can dry out fast, similar to a chicken breast, so most do not know how to cook them…but you did it justice ๐ Love watching you, keep the great content coming! Stay Blessed โ๏ธ๐ฝ
Maciek I just wanted to say "Thank You!"" for the amazing videos that you do so well! I am a big fan of all things BBQ! I look forward to your next cooking adventures!
