I never do it with the skin as tou can get is as crispy without the Skin id you cook it correctly

quick tip here instead of constantly basting it just move the chicken around the pan and flipping it like 4 or 5 times and baste like 5 times or so because all you need is the protein to touch and absord the brown butter solids so yea and also dont listen to these chefs where how they are saying basting butter will cook protein because thats not the case its for flavour not cooking
I mean yeah but most folk that donโt like it are gna eat it best itโs healthy, kinda reverses that if you cover it in butter
